CRM Software is an intuitive, fully web based and easy to use CRM solution. CRM.COM Software helps promote rapid company growth by automating and optimising all billing, sales, marketing and service functions. The software is unique in its ability to support processes that are carried out either in-house or with your partners and affiliated companies, and breaks new ground in community CRM processing. In a very controlled manner, companies can work together to service customers, outsource processes and share assets and product offerings. CRM.COM Software is also inherently multi-company, multi-organisational and multi-departmental.
CRM.COM Software is designed for fast and complete implementation of the client’s CRM project. Our software is implemented in weeks rather than months (in days for the On-Demand version). In addition, our open systems architecture, with choice of DB2/Oracle/MS-SQL for the database and Unix/Linux/Windows for the application server provides our clients a future proof investment.
There are two options to purchase and deploy our software. The On-Premise, where the client purchases our software and installs it on a server at their premises. And the On-Demand, where for a monthly fee the client accesses our software from our servers at www.crm.com .
We also develop and market on a standalone basis, but tightly integrated to CRM.COM Software, two other software solutions. CRM.COM alphacard and CRM.COM alphapetrol. alphacard allows a retailer to manage credit and loyalty cards, including on-line routing to multiple acquirers. alphapetrol is a specialised POS and forecourt management system for petrol stations.
Scalability
CRM.COM Software is designed for scalability and performance. Technologically it is designed and built on the J2EE platform and uses IBM WebSphere as its preferred application server. IBM WebSphere scales from running on an entry level PC server to high end Linux or UNIX servers to even mainframes. Customers can add application servers as their demands grow to service thousands of users.
In addition CRM.COM has a unique design in order to be able to properly handle multi-country and multi-organisational installations. Each organisation or country is set up as a different logical database (called Master Partner) but they are all stored in the same physical database. Configuration and customisation is done at the Master Partner level, so each can have their own specific local requirements catered for, such as different field layout, different language, etc. At the same time, all Master Partners are in the same database, allowing sharing of data and common access as appropriate.
